SEAL Plumbing & Heating is an owner-run local company serving homeowners across Suffolk and North Essex. Based around Martlesham, we’ve built SEAL around good workmanship, straightforward advice and treating customers and their homes with respect.

When you contact SEAL, you’re dealing directly with Pacey and Martin — the people who own the business and carry out the work. We keep things personal, communicate clearly and take pride in doing the job properly.

Pacey

Experienced & Approachable

Pacey has been around plumbing and heating from a young age and has built up plenty of hands-on experience over the years. He’s NVQ qualified, Gas Safe registered and G3 qualified, working across plumbing, heating and gas.

Friendly, easy-going and approachable, Pacey enjoys talking to customers, understanding what they need and keeping them informed while the work is being carried out. He believes good service is just as important as good workmanship.

He takes real pride in doing things properly, from neat pipework and tidy finishes to treating every customer’s home with care and respect. Pacey wants people to feel comfortable asking questions and confident in the work being done.

Outside of work: Pacey is a big football fan and is always happy to have a chat about the game.

Martin

Practical & Technical

Martin is hands-on with the day-to-day plumbing and heating work at SEAL. He’s G3 and OFTEC qualified and takes a careful, practical approach to his work, with a good eye for detail and a belief in taking the time to get things right.

He also has qualifications in IT and has always been a bit of a tech nerd. That naturally carries over into SEAL, where Martin enjoys working on the website, systems and branding as well as being out on the tools.

Martin takes pride in both the work customers see in their homes and the work that goes on behind the scenes. He enjoys helping shape SEAL as it grows, while keeping the business personal, straightforward and focused on doing a good job for local customers.

Outside of work: Martin is into PCs and technology and is usually building or upgrading something in his spare time.
