These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by SEAL Plumbing & Heating. By requesting a quote, booking work, or using our services, you agree to these terms. These terms apply to both residential and commercial customers.
We provide plumbing and heating services including installation, repair, maintenance, and system upgrades. All work is carried out professionally and in accordance with relevant UK regulations and industry standards.
All quotes are based on the information available at the time and may be subject to change if additional work, materials, or unforeseen issues arise. We will always inform the customer and obtain approval before proceeding with any additional costs.
Deposits may be required for larger jobs or where materials need to be purchased in advance. The deposit amount will be agreed with the customer prior to work commencing.
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Where agreed, invoices must be paid within 14 days. We reserve the right to charge interest and/or administration fees on late payments. We also reserve the right to pause or suspend work if payments are not made as agreed.
All materials and parts supplied remain the property of SEAL Plumbing & Heating until full payment has been received. We reserve the right to recover or remove goods in the event of non-payment, where legally permitted.
At least 48 hours notice is required for cancellations. We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments or late cancellations.
The customer must provide safe and reasonable access to the property and work area. Any delays caused by restricted access, unsafe conditions, or lack of preparation may result in additional charges.
Where customers supply their own materials or equipment, we accept no responsibility for faults, defects, compatibility issues, or performance of those items.
We are not responsible for pre-existing faults, hidden defects, or issues arising from existing systems, pipework, or installations. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or unforeseen damages.
We provide a 12-month workmanship guarantee on completed work. This covers installation errors only and does not include faults caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, existing system issues, or customer-supplied materials. Manufacturer warranties apply separately to any parts or equipment supplied.
Emergency or out-of-hours work may be subject to additional charges. We offer clear and transparent pricing and will always inform customers of any additional costs before carrying out extra work. Any additional work requested during a job may be quoted and charged separately.
